Design Build

Going hand-in-hand with our superior craftsmanship is our ability to customize for any client. We understand every nuance of HVAC technology, and call upon decades of experience to design the most cost effective, efficient HVAC systems. In whatever way, shape, or form is needed, we deliver – and we’ve done so for Casinos, Medical Facilities, Office buildings, Dust collections systems, Weld & Vehicle Exhaust systems, and Underground Duct Systems, to name a few.

Custom Fabrication

Anything that can be thought up, Metalcraft can create. Our fabrication expertise spans two areas: architectural products and ducts and components. On the architectural side, we can fabricate exterior chase tops, hoods, flashing, bent metal…there is no limit. The metals we typically use are Galvanized, Steel, Aluminum, Copper and Painted. For components, we leverage specialty tooling to construct everything a project needs. Our fabrication process is focused around the “Lean Manufacturing” model, as ductwork is fabricated from raw stock steel just days before it’s needed on site. Our process is the model of efficiency.

Installation

The work of our Field Installation crews is just as seamless as the products we create. This team of seasoned, sheet metal workers has no equal in the industry, especially when is comes to exposed duct systems, one of our specialties. Every customer experiences an installation of quality, cleanliness, and precision. And the final result always exceeds a customer’s aesthetic expectations.
